The "Platform against loneliness in Austria" was launched in 2021 by the non-profit association Social City Wien. As a point of contact and competence it offers a wide range of information and resources for help with loneliness for interested parties and organizations.

As an initiative for psychosocial health and health literacy, we work for a healthier Austria. Based on the guidelines Solidary Exchange & Dialogue, Participation & Engagement, Attention & Awareness Raising, as well as Policy & Research we implement measures throughout Austria.

With support from the Ministry of Social Affairs social awareness is raised, targeted campaign and media work implemented, information & discussion formats designed, enabled cooperation with existing organizations, the COMMUNITY PRIZE - Competition for projects against loneliness awarded and own meeting formats realized.
