Training to become a City People Health Ambassador:in - Cancer prevention for women
Social City Wien offers the City People Health Ambassadors - Cancer Prevention for Women a high-quality and varied training and further education program. In modules spread over several days, volunteers are prepared for their task as City People Health Ambassadors. The content is aimed at acquiring knowledge about the Austrian healthcare system with a focus on women-specific cancers on the one hand, and communication skills with a focus on migration contexts on the other. The health ambassadors convey the knowledge they have acquired in their communities at events and in personal conversations in their language of origin as well as in German.
